About Us
Par Avion Resources was established in 2017 to deliver recruitment and pilot management services to the aviation industry. The business was founded by Brett Tuohy and Warren Dean, both aviation professionals with decades of industry expertise and knowledge, backed up by in-depth experience in the recruitment field.
Since 2017 the business has expanded to meet current labour force demands, providing labour hire, pilot management and facilitating a diverse range of recruitment activities, including all aspects of on-boarding skilled professionals.
Company Profile
We are a licensed employment agency, and we provide our candidates with application review, feedback notes and simulator practice (as required) – quite simply, we will not present an application to a client airline until we are satisfied the application meets the expectations of the client.
Our reputation relies on us submitting candidate applications to client airlines that are well prepared and suited to the position on offer – we dig deep to ensure candidates are also a cultural fit for the client company – not just ‘ticking the boxes’ – and no-one’s time is wasted.
